The present Terms & Conditions apply

Single sessions are payable by QR invoice at the end of each session or by credit card on the website.

Any scheduled session not cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled time will be charged.

10-session packages are payable in advance by QR invoice or by credit card on the website. They are valid for 4 months from the date of the first session.

Registration is mandatory for any participation in a group class. Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer if the minimum number of participants is not reached. The minimum number of participants depends on the location of the group class. The following conditions apply:

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the session.

5-class packages are payable in advance by bank transfer (QR invoice) or by credit card. They are valid for 2 months from the date of payment.

Registration, participation, and cancellation conditions are specific to each trek and are communicated to each participant before final registration. Unless otherwise indicated, the following conditions apply:

• The deposit paid at registration is non-refundable.
• A medical certificate may be required.
• Transport and insurance are not included in the trek cost.

Equipment (snowshoes, poles) is not included in the registration.

Snacks are included in all treks. Participants must settle their consumption (meals, drinks) directly with the provider (restaurant, inn).

In case of cancellation by the organizer

In the event of force majeure (for example bad weather) or when the minimum number of participants is not reached, the trek can be cancelled or postponed to a later date. Participants are then eligible for a full refund.

In case of cancellation by a participant

The amount paid for registration is refundable up to 15 days before the start of the trek. No refund is possible within 15 days of the trek.

In the event of force majeure or when the minimum number of participants is not reached, the masterclass can be cancelled or postponed to a later date. Participants are then eligible for a full refund.

In case of cancellation by a participant

The amount paid for registration is refundable up to 7 days before the start of the masterclass. No refund is possible within 7 days of the masterclass.

Participants must inform the organizer of any food allergies.

Special offers may be put in place during particular periods of the year (example: black friday). They are reserved for new customers and cannot be combined with other offers or discount vouchers.

The use of a discount voucher is restricted to the service for which it was intended and cannot be combined with other discount vouchers or other promotions.
