The following general terms apply:<\/p>\n

1. Personal training<\/h2>\n

Any scheduled session not cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled time will be charged.<\/p>\n

Individual sessions<\/u><\/p>\n

Individual sessions can be paid by QR invoice at the end of each session or by credit card on the website.<\/p>\n

Packages<\/u><\/p>\n

10-session packages are payable in advance by QR invoice or by credit card on the website. They are valid for 4 months from the date of the first session.<\/p>\n

2. Group classes<\/h2>\n

Registration is mandatory for any participation in a group class. Each session is limited to 5 participants. Sessions may be cancelled or postponed by the organiser if the minimum number of participants is not reached. The minimum number of participants depends on the location of the group class. The following conditions apply:<\/p>\n

  • Online prepayment required on www.marietrap.ch<\/li>\n
  • Cancellation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Packages<\/p>\n

    5-class packages are payable in advance by bank transfer (QR invoice) or by credit card. They are valid for 2 months from the date of payment.<\/p>\n

    3. Wellness retreats<\/h2>\n

    The conditions for registration, participation and cancellation are specific to each retreat. Unless otherwise stated, the following conditions apply:<\/p>\n

    Transport<\/u><\/p>\n

    Transfers during the retreat are included in the cost of the retreat. Other transport, including trips from your home, are at your own expense and responsibility.<\/p>\n

    Meals and accommodation<\/u><\/p>\n

    Accommodation is included in multi-day retreats.<\/p>\n

    Meals and refreshments are included in all retreats.<\/p>\n

    Cancellation<\/u><\/p>\n

    In the event of force majeure or if the minimum number of participants is not reached, the retreat may be cancelled or postponed to a later date. Participants are then eligible for a full refund of deposits already paid.<\/p>\n

    In case of cancellation by a participant:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • up to 90 days before the start of the retreat, full refund of deposits paid.<\/li>\n
    • up to 60 days before the start of the retreat, refund of 50% of deposits paid.<\/li>\n
    • less than 60 days before the start of the retreat, no refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      4. Treks<\/h2>\n

      The conditions for registration, participation and cancellation are specific to each trek and are communicated to each participant before final registration. Unless otherwise stated, the following conditions apply:<\/p>\n

      • The deposit paid at registration is not refundable.<\/li>\n
      • A medical certificate may be required.<\/li>\n
      • Transport and insurance are not included in the trek cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        5. Hikes<\/h2>\n

        The conditions for registration, participation and cancellation are specific to each hike. Unless otherwise stated, the following conditions apply:<\/p>\n

        Transport<\/u><\/p>\n

        Transport and insurance are not included in the cost of the hike. They are at your own expense and responsibility.<\/p>\n

        Equipment<\/u><\/p>\n

        Equipment (snowshoes, poles) is not included in the registration.<\/p>\n

        Meals<\/u><\/p>\n

        Snacks are included in all treks. Participants must settle their consumption (meals, drinks) directly with the provider (restaurant, inn).<\/p>\n

        Cancellation<\/u><\/p>\n

        In the event of force majeure (for example bad weather) or if the minimum number of participants is not reached, the hike may be cancelled or postponed to a later date. Participants are then eligible for a full refund.<\/p>\n

        In case of cancellation by a participant, the amount paid for registration is refundable up to 15 days before the start of the hike. No refund is possible within 15 days of the hike.<\/p>\n

        6. Masterclasses<\/h2>\n

        The following conditions apply for masterclasses:<\/p>\n

        Cancellation<\/u><\/p>\n

        In the event of force majeure or if the minimum number of participants is not reached, the masterclass may be cancelled or postponed to a later date. Participants are then eligible for a full refund.<\/p>\n

        In case of cancellation by a participant, the amount paid for registration is refundable up to 7 days before the start of the masterclass. No refund is possible within 7 days of the masterclass.<\/p>\n

        Allergies<\/u><\/p>\n

        Participants must inform the organiser of any food allergies.<\/p>\n

        7. Promotions<\/h2>\n

        Special offers<\/u><\/p>\n

        Special offers may be put in place during particular times of the year (example: black friday). They are reserved for new customers and are not cumulative with other offers or discount vouchers.<\/p>\n

        Discount vouchers<\/u><\/p>\n

        The use of a discount voucher is restricted to the service for which it was intended and is not cumulative with other vouchers or other promotions.<\/p>\n

        8. Data Protection<\/h2>\n
