Trek in the Moroccan Desert<\/h1>\n

Between dunes, sport and human encounters<\/h2>\n

A few days outside of time, in the heart of the Moroccan desert. Endless dunes, a caravan of camels, the silence of the Sahara at sunrise. And by your side, a personal trainer to accompany you, challenge you and rejuvenate you.<\/p>\n

This is the experience I offer through my 'Entre Dunes' treks, organised in the Zagora desert, in southern Morocco, with trusted local partners.<\/p>\n

An adventure that combines sport, nature and culture<\/h2>\n

These treks are not simple hikes.<\/p>\n

Each day alternates between desert hikes, yoga and personal training sessions led by Marie, and immersion in nomadic culture. Visits to ancestral sites, encounters with locals, local cuisine around a mint tea.<\/p>\n

In the evening, comfortable bivouac set up between the dunes, nights under the stars. An experience that marks you for life.<\/p>\n

No elite sports level required, but good basic fitness is recommended.<\/p>\n
